Community Network

This afternoon our Community Network Meeting was a little bit different. We started off with an afternoon meeting at 1pm. We met in the Library to finalise some items to ensure we were organised for our upcoming events.  

One of the discussions was to organise a roster for the helpers at the Father's Day Stall.

We have got a lot of helpers, but we would like a few more. So if you are interested in helping on the following days, please email Jacci Strachan at: jacqueline.strachan@education.vic.gov.au

Dates and times available are:

Wed 28th Aug (set up of stall) 

-Session 1 @ 1:10pm 

Thurs 29th Aug (Day 1 of stall) 

-Session 2 @ 11- 1:30pm

-Session 3 @  2 - 3pm

Friday 30th Aug (Day 2 of stall)

-Session 1 @ 9-11am

-Session 2 @ 11-12:30pm

-Session 3 @ 2- 4pm 

Father's Day Lunch

A reminder to all Dads, Grandpas and Special friends, you are invited to school to have lunch with your child. Refer to the poster below for details.

As you can see on the poster, each year level has a specific area where the grades will meet you.  Here is a map to assist you with the areas of the school.

Sip and Chat Afternoon Tea

Thank you so much for the people that could meet us at the special afternoon tea. We had so many people join us in the library. It was lovely to see new faces and to see people introducing themselves. It was a great success and we will be planning to have some regular catch ups moving forward.

A very special thank you to the members of the Community Network who could make it today. They were amazing as they brought along a variety of special cakes, biscuits, dumplings, lollies. We had coffee, tea and some amazing hot chocolate (and marshmallows).
