Job Description: The Service Advisor is responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to all service customers as the initial contact point for the equipment service business, managing incoming calls, parts interpretation and ordering, creation and scheduling of work orders, and assistance of all other service administration duties when required. 

Vanessa joins Toro after working at Cornell Diesel Systems as a Service Advisor and Office Manager for the last 3 years. Vanessa also has extensive experience as Service Advisor, Customer Service and Parts Administrator in automotive industry.

In her free time, Vanessa is passionate about pet rescues and coaches volleyball. She also enjoys camping, exploring the outdoors and spending time with her family.
