Principal's Address

Hello Everyone,

We are fast approaching the end of Term 2, which means assessments are being marked and report cards are being written.  Report cards will be sent home on the last day of school.  If you would prefer them to be emailed, please just let the office know.  Thank you to my wonderful staff who have worked so hard this semester.  Moonie has a great team who work together every day to ensure all students improve.

Thank you must also go to Diana and her helpers for the wonderful tuckshop each and every week.  We are all very spoilt.  Thank you, Diana, for your time and dedication to Moonie SS.

End of Term Reward

To celebrate the end of Semester 2 all students in K-6 will be visiting Westmar State School on Friday 21st June to have a fun day with the Westmar students. We will also get to play on their newly installed playground.  A permission letter and further details will be out later in the week.

Principal Award 

Congratulations to Zach Dobson who received the Principal Award for working hard in English and using excellent vocabulary in HASS.  Zach will enjoy a delicious hot chocolate in the principal chair.

Pyjama Day

The leaders are holding a pyjama day next Thursday (20th June) as a fund raiser for the end of year school party.  It is just a gold coin donation.  Please ensure you wear your joggers and a brim hat as well.
