In Respectful Relationships, we are continuing to understand and manage our emotions, especially during challenging or intense situations. 

 

We are exploring different coping strategies that can help us stay calm and make positive choices. We're also learning how our self-talk—what we say to ourselves in our minds—can influence the way we feel and behave. 

 

In addition, we are developing our communication skills by identifying what makes communication effective in different situations, such as using active listening, body language, and respectful language. These skills help us build stronger, more respectful relationships with others and develop personal resilience.
