Year 9 Homegroup Competition “Challenge Wednesdays”

Our year 9 Homegroup Competition for Term 2 is Challenge Wednesdays. Every Wednesday morning, one student in each Homegroup takes on a fun physical challenge to earn points for their homegroup. The winning Homegroup can choose between a delicious pancake breakfast or a sizzling lunchtime sausage sizzle.

The first challenge of Wednesday’s Homegroup Contest kicked off with a fun and competitive Paper Airplane Contest, setting the tone for an exciting term ahead. Students showed great teamwork and creativity as they designed and tested their paper planes on Wednesday and competed on Thursday. It was fantastic to see so many students getting involved in the very first week, building a strong sense of community and friendly rivalry. The standout performance came from the 9.7 led by Cody Fletcher, who's impressive 15-metre throw soared to victory and claimed top spot for the day. A huge well done to everyone who participated!

9.5 won the Term 1 Homegroup Competition and chose to redeem a delicious pancake breakfast.
