Middle Learning Community

This term Year 4 have been working hard during their maths lessons. We have learnt heaps about fractions, perimeter, area, collecting and interpreting data.  In Year 4 we are having a HUGE focus on learning our tables. This could be something the students could work on at home if they are looking for something to do in their spare time. We have covered most of the times tables this term - your child should be able to tell you the ones we have covered in class.

These photos are of a perimeter and area activity we completed recently. The students had to draw a bird's eye view of their own house and then calculate its perimeter and area.
