Grandparents & Special Friends Day

Grandparents & Special Friends Day is a lovely tradition at EHPS that occurs on the last day of Term 1. Students may invite their grandparent/s or a special friend to join them at school from 11.30am to 1.30pm next Thursday, 28 March. 

• Visitors arrive from 11am and go to the gymnasium in the Stadium.
• Welcome concert in the gymnasium from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
• Classroom visit with children from 12.30pm to 1.15pm. 
• Students share picnic lunch with their guest/s in school grounds from 1.15pm to 1.30pm.

Don't forget: If your child is leaving before the early dismissal time of 2.30pm next Thursday, please respond to the Early Dismissal on Grandparents & Special Friends Day event notice in Compass so the sign out sheet for your child's class can be compiled, and enter an attendance note in Compass. All children leaving early must be signed out with their teacher in their classroom on the Early Dismissal list. If your child is not on the list, they will be required to attend at the Office to be signed out by our staff.
