Classroom News

This is what our students have been up to this week.

Harmony Week

Our classes split into 3 different groups - classes 4/5 and 5/6, class 3/4, and classes Prep-2.  Each piece of music choosen represented a story which the students showcased in their interpretive dance.

Thank you Sermsah for all your time, wisdom, sharing the dreamtime stories relating to the performances and your patience. Each story was beautiful to watch come to life.

To celebrate Harmony Week students have been working on activities in their classrooms referencing some of our Indigenous books from our Librarys collection.  These are free to borrow during our school terms.

Prep-1 and Class 1-2 bought in a plate from home to share together for a morning tea event.

Prep-2 as a group have also bought together their art in their classroom.  If you wish to come and take a look at our "Everyone Belongs" display you will find it in our room's "Cave".
