YEAR 7
Starting Well

Head of Year 7
Our Week 2 Assembly featured the presentation of a significant number of Principal’s Awards to Year 7 students. These awards recognise students who have earned 16 merits throughout the year (4 merits = Head of Year Certificate; 4 Head of Year Certificates = Principal’s Award).
Congratulations to each award recipient. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and character of our students, who have been recognised for embodying the College's Guiding Principles — Dignity, Empathy, Dialogue, Community, and Perseverance.
This week, students have been reminded of the importance of securing their personal belongings throughout the school day. We ask for your support in reinforcing this message at home.
Students are expected to store items such as mobile devices, laptops, textbooks, and other personal possessions safely in their locked lockers during the day.
For those who ride to school, it is essential that bikes and e-scooters are secured with a lock to the racks provided in the bike shed. This helps ensure the safety of their property and supports a respectful and responsible school environment.
We appreciate your partnership in helping students take care of their belongings and maintain a safe and orderly college community.
