Principal's Piece 

Term 3, Week 10

Dear Parents/Carers,

We have come to the end of yet another busy and successful term. Thank you to everyone for their input in supporting the many activities, excursions and special days we have had this term. 

A follow on from our student free day on Monday has been instructional coaches working with our staff and students this week. We have had many teachers from different schools as well as our own teachers learning from the experts about the Science of  Learning.  

I commend our Year 1, 3 and 5 students for taking part in these days and for demonstrating an enthusiasm to learning. We recieved lots of positive feedback from the coaches and teachers on how impressed they were with our students and school.  I also extend my  appreciation to our dedicated teachers who work tirelessly to inspire and educate our students. Their passion and commitment to nurturing young minds are the driving forces behind our school's success.

A message from Maryanne and Joanne, our  canteen staff: A big thank you to all the volunteers that helped in the canteen this term. You don’t realise how much you are appreciated for what you do. Preparing and packing the food is such a big help to Joanne and myself. We hope to see back next term. A special thank you to Reo and Tash who were a tremendous help during Feast day. 

As we approach the holiday break, take time to enjoy the Spring weather and spend time with your family. We look forward to welcoming you back for an exciting and productive Term 4. School commences on Monday 2nd  October.
