Cultural Visit

1R had a cultural visit this week from Shakara who is our KESO (Koorie Educational Advisor).   The students were enthralled with the articefacts she brought along and learnt so much about Aboriginal culture.  The class learnt a new interactive acknowledgement of Country  and Shakara also made time for students to share something of their own culture.  Everyone had something to share and something to learn and demonstrated this using the message stick and passing it along!

Year 3 Poetry

Year 2 Persuasive Writing

2N have been practising their persuasive writing skills.  Watch the video to see them showcase their skils in a debate.  They make some excellent points. Not sure which I'd prefer as class pet!
