Canine Comprehension

The wellbeing team have been lucky enough to secure the Canine Comprehension program again this term!

Students who have been selected by the wellbeing team from the Middle and Secondary sub schools will complete an 8 week program where they will be learning skills that support their personal and social capabilities including understanding a range of communication skills and forming meaningful friendships and relationships with others.

The Primary sub school will again have George the Spoodle and his human Judy, go into their classroom in 8 weekly visits, giving all students the opportunity to learn about how to look after a dog. The students give George lots of pets and even some treats which is one of George's faviourte parts.
