We have broken down this Big Idea into four key stages. These stages are;

- Explore and apply effective help-seeking strategies
- Understand the feelings and needs of others through empathetic communication
The Social and Emotional Wellbeing concept that we will explore through this Big Idea is Positive Gender Relations.
