Body Kind Youth Survey 2023- Student Voices Can Make a Difference

Butterfly Foundation is inviting all young people aged 12 - 18 to share their views on body image and what needs to change to create a more Body Kind Australia. The annual Body Kind Youth Survey is voluntary, anonymous, online and ethics approved. It takes around 15 minutes to complete and requires parental consent for under 15's. A better understanding of the body image experiences of young Australians will help Butterfly help more young people to be kinder to their body, so please encourage your child to take part. The Brave Program

For anxiety concerns, the BRAVE Program is a fun, online program that will help families learn ways of coping better with their child's worries. Log into the Brave Program website (Login | BRAVE Self-Help Program (uq.edu.au)) for information with practical strategies for anxiety.

Who can do the program?

There are 2 programs, one for children (aged 8-12 years) and one for parents. Any child who worries about things will find the program useful. Any parent wanting to learn more about how to help their child overcome worries can also do the program.
