Year 3 Excursion

On Thursday, 29th September, 2024 Year 3 students embarked on an exciting excursion to Lizard Log. The weather was favourable, making it a perfect day for their outdoor adventure.

During the excursion, students participated in rotations led by science rangers, engaging in activities focused on the topic of heat. Students created oobleck by mixing cornstarch and water, conducted exciting rocket chemical explosions using vinegar and baking soda in bottles, and launched rockets, all while learning about heat and its effects.

Year 3 students were eager to engage in hands-on learning and exciting science experiments during their outing!
