Maths Cup

On Wednesday the 4th of September, 9 Year 6 students participated in the 13th annual Maths Cup at Amity College. In teams of 3, the students showcased their impressive mathematical skills and teamwork. They faced off against a total of 85 teams in a series of challenging mathematical rounds. 

The competition was fierce, but all 3 of our teams excelled, each making it to the Top 6 Finals Round. Their ability to collaborate effectively and tackle complex problems was remarkable. Each team demonstrated a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and strategies, and their hard work paid off as they performed exceptionally well throughout the event.

We are incredibly proud of their achievements and the enthusiasm they brought to the competition. Our teams came in 3rd, 5th and 6th place. Congratulations to the Maths Cup members for representing our school with such distinction. Well done Maya, Michelle, Kant, Nathan, Jonathan, Isaac, Kevin, Peter and Dominic.
