Cowpasture Network Public Speaking Competition

On Thursday, 19th September, 2024 our school held our Public Speaking Finalist Competitions for Early Stage 1, Stage 1 and Stage 3.

The competitions were competitive and all students presented impressively. This includes all students who presented their speech during the short-listing process. Students who did not progress to the final rounds are encouraged to seek feedback from Ms H. Lee. 

In each stage, 5 students were invited to compete in the finals competition. After presenting their prepared speech, students presented an impromptu speech. All students are to be commended on their efforts, excellent matter and confidence when presenting.

Early Stage 1 Winner: Connor

Stage 2 Finalists: Jake, Victoria, Hilary and Vanessa

Stage 3 Winner: Juliana

Stage 3 Finalists: Kiara, Anyi, Miranda and Hilary

Winners from Years K-6 will compete in the network final held on Thursday, 24th October, Term 4 Week 2 at William Stimson Public School.
