Howson made some excellent contributions during our small group Book Club this week.  He could accurately identify the mood and pace of the story “James and the Giant Peach” and could provide examples from the text.  Terrific effort, Howson!

We have been particularly impressed with Bhuvan’s summaries of the book “Storm Boy and Other Stories” this term.  He writes in detail, responds to questions accurately and contributes frequently during small group discussion.  Good on you, Bhuvan!

In recognition of the amazing Pete Cromer inspired Australian birds and animals they have created over the last two weeks. Students created their own painted paper to use in their collage, and used plain paper to add fine details to each creature. You have all done an amazing job - your collages look incredible!
