LUCAS LEAP

This term at Lucas LEAP, our focus has been on emotions. We’ve been having ongoing conversations about different emotions and how they make us feel. The students enjoyed watching a video and colouring a sheet on 'Rainbow Breaths,' which helps them regulate their breathing. In addition, all the students worked together to create a 'Tree of Thankfulness,' where each leaf represented something they were grateful for. We will continue to explore emotions and keep up the regular discussions on emotional regulation throughout the term.
