Our Year 9 students showed off their amazing cooking skills when making some delicious pies or some tasty healthy wraps. It is wonderful to see our students not only developing their cooking skills but also learning about safe food handling and new skills when participating in their cooking classes.

Woodwork 

In woodwork the students are using their skills to build a coffee table. The coffee tables are looking terrific so far and the students are loving the fun hands-on activities.

NAPLAN

Our Year 9 students have completed their NAPLAN testing and we could not be prouder of their focus and determination throughout the testing period.  The students have demonstrated our school values of RESPECT, RESPONSIBILTY and RESILIENCE throughout the testing period, they have created a learning environment giving themselves every opportunity to thrive.  Well done to everyone involved.

 

 

 

Study Sessions 

Study sessions (3:15pm - 4:40pm) are up and running again! Wednesday (English) and Thursday (Maths). All students are welcome to attend the study sessions in the LRC. Teachers are available to provide students with assistance. 

 

DENTAL VAN VISIT

The Australian Dental Health Van (ADHV) 

are coming to BSC the week of 31st March - 3rd April 

 

The Dental Van program is funded by the Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS) and can provide as needed dental check-ups, x-rays, fillings, fissure seals and cleaning.

 

Consent forms have already been sent home. If you would like your child seen by the Dental Van, please sign the consent and return to the College. Extra forms are available at the Admin Office and at each year level HUB.
