NOTIFICATION FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE
Please note that our office hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday during school terms. If you require to collect your child early, or a change in collection occurs please ensure you inform the school office by 2:00pm on the day of collection to give our staff enough time to inform your child of the change.
Expressions of Interest
Yr 3-6 Major Excursion
to Sydney
Thank you to those who have indicated their expression of interest in attending the Yr 3-6 major excursion to Sydney in November 2025. If you are yet to return your note, you have until by this Friday, 7th March 2025 to confirm. Cost of excursion is $500 and payments can now be made via the sentral app. If you have any queries with regards to the excursion, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Nott on 6768 7065.
Thank you to everyone who has returned their permission note to the Tamworth Science & Engineering Challenge on Friday, 21st March. For those who are yet to return their notes, please return to the School Office by next Wednesday, 12th March to book your spot.
NAPLAN
Dates for NAPLAN have been released and our students in Years 3 and 5 will participate in NAPLAN from Wednesday 12th through to Monday 24th March.
We will be celebrating Harmony Day on Tuesday 18th March. This year's theme is "Harmony - We all have a role to play". We ask that all students dress in orange on this day. Classroom teachers will be doing activities with the students in class.
SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHS 2025
School Photograph Day is next Tuesday 11th March 2025 (Week 7).
It is vital that each child returns their own envelope, even if payment is enclosed in a sibling’s envelope.
As the School Photographer is responsible for all transactions, please make sure that correct money is placed in the envelopes (there will be no change given). Alternatively online credit card payments are acceptable (instructions are on your child’s envelope). Cheques are no longer accepted.
If you would like a Sibling photo, please see the school office for a Sibling Envelope.
All envelopes must be returned to the school by Monday, 10th March 2025.
COLOUR RUN
Our Colour Run is fast approaching. This event will be held on Friday 14th March (Week 7). Please ensure your child has a white shirt (that can be sprayed with colour) on the day. Our P&C will be holding a Sausage Sizzle. All items can be purchased on the day.
K-2 Excursion
The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show - Capitol Theatre Tamworth
Thank you to everyone who has returned their permission slips and money for the K/1/2 excursion to The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show on Tuesday, 25th March. For those who are yet to return their notes, please return money ($15) and permission note to the School Office by Wednesday, 19th March 2025.
SCHOOL PICK UP
Please ensure you keep the driveway opposite the school clear at school pick up time. This driveway belongs to our Neighbours and they need access at all times. Thank you for your co-operation.
