Strategic Plan Update from our Board Chair

Throughout this year, the Board have been exploring data gathered from children, parents and staff in our Health Check survey at the end of 2023. Some of this data has been addressed by the school leadership team at an operation level, some has been useful for strategic planning conversations at a governance level. Over a series of workshops, we have engaged with two consultants; Dianne Eckermann to develop our next Strategic Plan, and with consultant, Dennis Mulherin to explore future options for the school site. This work continues in the coming months, and we look to releasing a new strategic plan early in 2025.
