Between October 21-27, Goulburn Valley Water celebrated National Water Week by hosting the “A Watery Adventure” competition, engaging 5,000 primary school children from 29 primary schools across the region. Each of the students were given a blank booklet that they could create a children's book with the theme A Watery Adventure.

These students were presented with their prizes at last Friday’s assembly.
CONGRATULATIONS: It was wonderful to see all the creative art/craft pieces on display at last weekend’s Agricultural Show and to read the stories and poems penned by our students. Congratulations to everyone who entered exhibits, whether through school or independently. A huge thank you to your teachers for their efforts in teaching you the skills necessary to be creative and imaginative in your writing and artwork. Special thanks to the staff who volunteered their time to deliver artwork to the Pavilion prior to the Show and then help dismantle our school’s display and return it to school on Sunday afternoon.
Special Congratulations to Charlie Chadwick, who won best overall poem at the Cobram Show. His poem was judged best poem overall, out of every poem from every school in every year level. An amazing achievement. You can read his poem below.
