Welcome to Term 4, Yellow Tails! 

We have many things to look forward to in our classroom this term including excursions to the Werribee Zoo, the Port of Melbourne and Gordon TAFE.

 It is also an exciting time for our Grade 6 students, as they enter their final term of Primary School, with plans for end of year celebrations and graduation in full swing. They have begun raising funds for this celebration by running 'toasty days'.   Children can pay 50 cents for their sandwich from home to be toasted, or alternatively pay $2 to have a cheese toasty made for them at school.  Days allocated are:

Tuesday - Kangaroos and Koalas

Thursday - Kookaburras and Yellow Tail Cockatoos

In addition to this we have arranged for two wonderful teachers to take the reins in our classroom while I am on leave, with Miss L and Miss Monaghan sharing time in the classroom. Students are familiar with both teachers, who have spent time in our classroom at different stages over the course of this year.
