PARENT SATISFACTION SURVEY

The recent customer satisfaction survey reveals overwhelmingly positive results, with most net satisfaction scores exceeding 90%, including the overall net satisfaction rating of 92.87%. 

High levels of satisfaction are particularly evident in areas such as the school's welcoming environment, academic support, and most communication efforts. Parents and carers expressed strong appreciation for the school's inclusive atmosphere, quality of education, and preparation of students for future academic challenges. While the effectiveness of parent-teacher interviews in keeping families informed about their children's progress was highly rated, it's worth noting that satisfaction with formal reporting fell slightly below the 90% threshold, suggesting a potential area for improvement.

While it is exceptionally encouraging that the survey highlighted several areas scoring above 90%, it's important to recognise that a few areas scored below this benchmark, indicating opportunities for improvement. These areas may require further attention and targeted enhancement strategies. Notably, the encouragement of parental involvement also fell below the 90% satisfaction threshold, suggesting that the school might consider ways to increase opportunities for parent engagement and participation.

Additionally, some respondents indicated that they find it challenging to manage the multiple communication platforms provided by the school, which could be an area for streamlining in the future. Overall, the survey results reflect a highly satisfied parent/carer community, with a clear indication of areas where the school can focus its efforts for continued excellence.

An overwhelming number of parents/carers expressed a high degree of satisfaction with their decision to send their child to this school while indicating a strong willingness to recommend the school to others. This strong endorsement has underscored the positive sentiment towards the school's overall performance and offerings.
