Australian Concussion Guidelines
If your child is assessed as a potential concussion risk, as per Australian Concussion Guidelines, they will be referred to their GP or Emergency Department for assessment.
Parents will be provided with a ‘Concussion Referral and Clearance Form’ from the Health Centre for their treating physician to complete. This form must be provided to the College prior to their child returning to school to ensure that they are able to return to full sports and learning activities.
