A Joyous Start to the New Year
As we begin another exciting school year, I am filled with a sense of gratitude and joy. There’s something truly special about seeing the eager faces of our new students as they step into the school for the very first time, full of anticipation for the adventures ahead. It's equally encouraging to see our returning students settle back into their classrooms, rekindling friendships and re-engaging with their learning. Together, we begin this new year with hearts full of hope and excitement for what lies ahead.
One of the greatest blessings we experience each year is the opportunity to welcome new staff members into our school community. This year, we have been fortunate to add a wonderful group of teachers who bring with them a heart for nurturing the next generation of learners. Along with our current staff, their commitment to teaching, rooted in the love of Christ, enriches our school environment in ways that go far beyond academics. They not only strive to impart knowledge but also to model what it means to live out a Christian worldview in every aspect of their lives. I am excited for our students to benefit from their wisdom, dedication, and faith-filled approach to education.
As a school community, we believe that education is a gift from God, and in our partnership with families, we are equipping our students with both the knowledge and the character to live out God’s purpose for their lives. In all things, we seek to be a school that is defined by Christian love, truth, and grace. Let us be reminded of the profound love Jesus had for children, as He welcomed them with open arms and affirmed their worth in God’s eyes. Jesus’ love was marked by a deep commitment to seeing each child as precious in the sight of God. This spirit of love and inclusion is foundational to the way we approach education. Just as Jesus embraced children from all walks of life, we strive to create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, loved, and supported. Our mission is not only to educate but to shape hearts, encouraging each child to grow in faith, character, and academic achievement, while reflecting the love and acceptance Jesus showed to all.
I encourage each of you — students, parents, and staff — to embrace this new year with enthusiasm, knowing that we are partnering together in a mission that is both meaningful and eternal. May we continue to create a community where Christ is at the centre, and where every student is encouraged to grow in faith, knowledge, and character.
Here’s to a year of learning, growing, and thriving together in Christ!
Blessings,
