What is The Resilience Project?

The Resilience Project is a program that aims to support students' wellbeing and mental health. We do this by practising the GEM principles of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness, and Emotional Literacy. Our students mainly do this as part of their SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) lessons. Our Foundation and Year 1/2 classes have one 30-minute lesson each week, and our Year 3/4 and 5/6 classes have one 60-minute class each fortnight.
