SSV State Athletics Championships
On Thursday, the 6th of November, Harrison N in Year 6, competed in the High Jump at the SSV State Athletics Championships. He finished 4th, which is a fantastic achievement. Please congratulate Harrison for this outstanding accomplishment.
2026 Swimming Carnival
A.P.S Swimming Carnival 2026
Wednesday 11th February @ Fitzroy Swimming Pool
To support the Health & Physical Education program at APS, students in years 3-6 will be participating in a swimming carnival.
On the day students will compete in their house groups, with a focus on fun and participation. It is also a pathway for keen swimmers to trial for the District Swimming Team. There will be freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly events for each year level. Students choose which they would like to compete in.
There will also be water games and relays in the shallow pool for those students who cannot swim 50m.
