Health & Physical Education

Semester Two has been action-packed with practical activities both on and off-site. Junior students enjoyed swimming, indoor trampolining, and fitness testing, while Senior PE students explored performance analysis using GPS units and Polar Verity Sense heart rate monitors.

We’ve also upgraded the Weights Room and introduced Lumin Sports technology, giving students a glimpse into elite strength and conditioning practices.

Our VCE classes in Physical Education, Health & Human Development and Sport & Recreation have completed their final exams. Congratulations to all students for their dedication and thank you to our HPE team for guiding students from Year 7 through to graduation. It’s exciting to see many pursuing careers in sport and allied health.

Looking ahead to 2026, please remember the following for transition classes:

  1. Bring runners and sports uniform for practical PE (double lesson). If injured or unwell, still bring your uniform – alternate tasks will be provided.

  2. Be prepared for theory lessons with a charged laptop, writing materials, and transition booklets (once distributed).

Enjoy the break. Stay active and make the most of summer – any physical activity is better than none!
