Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden
It was another glorious Autumn day in the garden this week and we planted many delicious foods including Egyptian walking onions, two colours of broad beans, beetroot, rainbow carrots and yummy peas. We made a trellis for peas out of string and hung it on the fence.
We noticed the new leaves growing on the kale and we're excited to see that the garlic has already sprouted!
We also netted some garden beds to protect the plants from pesky pests and birds.
Next week we'll be making seed spheres for Mother's Day gifts - let's get muddy!
