"Many Wolves .... One Pack"

Term 2 - Week 2

Welcome to Week 2,

The learning and teaching at St Nicholas School is in full flight as our school community struggles with the annual influenza and sickness wave. Staff and students have been hit hard, though our culture of learning means our days are both positive and productive.

Cross Country Carnival

On Monday the weather set the mood for a beautiful Cross Country Carnival. Whether racing the clock, participating or encouraging, our students' enthusiasm reminded me how fortunate we are at St Nicholas School. Congratulations to all involved.

Thank you to Mrs Tyrrell and her band of helpers for their coordination and organisation of this highly successful day. Thank you to our parents, grandparents and friends who showed up in force to encourage and cheer on our students.

Mothers Day

We look forward to welcoming our mothers and grandmothers tomorrow morning to acknowledge and thank them for their unconditional love and support. Thank you also for valuing education and trusting St Nicholas with the privilege of supporting you in educating and growing your children.

Finally, I wish all our wonderful mothers a beautiful day on Sunday. I trust you are spoiled rotten.

Have a great week,

John Clery
