Dear Parents and Carers,

As we settle into the new school year, P&C would like to set up the class WhatsApp chat groups this week. Joining your child's class group connects you to the other parents in the class, and it's also where we distribute class news and reminders. If you haven't done so, the form (https://chatswoodpublicpandc.org.au/class-parent/) only takes a few minutes to complete, and we’d really appreciate your support on completing it as soon as possible.
Meanwhile if you’re able to opt-in as a class parent representative, it would greatly help us get things moving more quickly. Please check the option within the form if you're able to do so. Thank you so much for being involved and supporting our school community!
Lastly, the P&C will conduct our next monthly meeting this coming Tuesday, 24 February at 7:30pm via zoom, with topics like Principal's Report and financial updates. I encourage you to join us online to get the latest updates on CPS and also participate in our community discussions. You can join the meeting via this link:

You don't need to be a P&C member to join but you need to be one to be able to vote on our meeting motions (e.g. funding decisions). To be a member, please register via this link:

The annual membership fee is $1.50 for a single member, or $2.50 if a couple wish to register together. The team will share meeting agenda via email before the meeting.
