Year 7 and 9 NAPLAN

Wednesday 11 March - Monday 23 March 

NAPLAN (National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy) is coming up soon. This annual test is for students in Years 3, 5, 7, and 9. It checks important skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and maths.

Most students will complete the tests online, except Year 3 writing, which will be done on paper.

NAPLAN helps schools and education authorities see how students are doing with essential literacy and numeracy skills.

Please encourage your child to do their best during the tests. 

School Photography Day 

Friday 13 March

Photo Day is coming soon! 

All students must attend school dressed in full formal school uniform. If you need to purchase a uniform, please visit the school office and our staff will be happy to help you.

Information and order forms for school photos have been given to all students. These forms explain the available photo packages and how to place an order. Please keep an eye out for these forms and return them on the day if you want to order prints. 

Replacement forms and Sibling Form can be collected from the front office. 

If you have any questions or need help preparing for Photo Day, don’t hesitate to contact the school office.

P&C Meeting 

Wednesday 18 March - 6:30pm

We invite all parents and community members to come along to our upcoming P&C meeting. 

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents, meet school staff, share your ideas and have your voice heard. Everyone is welcome.

We look forward to seeing you there and working together to continue making our school a great place for all. 

Parent Teacher Interviews

Tuesday 24 March, 4pm-7:30pm 

Parent teacher interviews are an opportunity for parents and carers to connect with teachers and discuss student progress, achievements and areas for growth. 

Bookings can be made via Sentral Parent Portal. 

Please keep an eye out for more information on how to secure your timeslots closer to the date. 

Year 7 and 8 Camp 

Wednesday 25 March - Friday 27 March 

Camp will be held in Week 9 of this term for all Year 7 and 8 students. 

This camp promises to be an exciting opportunity to learn, relax, build relationships, seek adventure, be challenged and have fun. 

Camp notes have now been sent out to all students! These notes provide important details regarding payment options, camp location, schedule, key information, what to expect during camp and what to bring.

Please ensure you review these notes carefully with your child. They contain everything you need to know to help prepare for a safe and enjoyable camp experience.

Notes and payments can be handed in at the front office or submitted via the School Byte parent portal.

Reminder that payments are due Friday 13 March.
