P&C General Meeting

Our next P&C General Meeting is Tuesday 29th July at 6:30pm!

Come along and be part of the active and engaged parents and citizens community here at Ironside. It’s a great opportunity to hear what’s happening around the school, share your ideas, and connect with other families.

There are some really exciting projects underway that aim to further enhance our school’s high standard of student education. It's a great time to get involved!

International Breakfast Volunteers

We are still looking for volunteers to help organise the international breakfast at the beginning of term 4. Here is some information around key dates and tasks to bring the international breakfast to fruition.

We would like a looking for a small team to assist with the following:

- Liaise with stall representatives and P&C secretary to set countries and menus for the International Breakfast

- Arrange newsletter content and publicity flyers for Parent-reps and newsflashes and send to Michael for distribution

- Create and manage a Google sheet for the volunteer register including menu items, ingredients, number of tables required for each stall, and other stall requirements

- Set deadline to confirm stall menus- Provide a detailed update/report for the P&C general meeting 26/8/25 meeting

- NOTE the 26/8 P&C meeting will include a vote for pricing of tickets and menu items.

- Liaise with Phoebe for Food safety and mandatory information to share with volunteers

- Liaise with Maryam and Matt for ticketing distribution assistance and management plan - Explore drinks - bubble tea stall / coffee van?

- Meet with Michael to see the P&C storeroom and take count of usable stock

- Collect the Laminated flags and country name signs (storeroom)

- Make any new country name signs and flags

We are collecting educational resources to provide disadvantaged school students with stationery for 2025!

Please find the BLUE recycle bin outside the uniform shop during our opening hours.
