What a brilliant start to the term. The students have come back well rested and ready for a wonderful term ahead.  

GOAL SETTING MEETING

Thank you for making times to come in and see us during the Goal Setting Meeting days over the past two weeks. Please get in touch directly with your classroom teacher if you have not made a meeting time.  

PRODUCTION REMINDERS 

We are all very excited for the production this week. The students and specialist staff have worked so hard over the last few terms – a mammoth effort. Tickets are on sale at the office.  Below is a reminder of times for student arrivals for the shows on Wed and Thursday evening... 

• Anyone who is in the start of the show, such as the Scarecrow, Tinman, Lion, Wicked Witch, Glinda, Wizard, Dorothy, Toto, black and white scenes, crows, and lead munchkins, need to be at school at 4.30pm.  
• Once these students are made up, their mic’ing will commence. 
• Other students in Grade 3-6 who do not wear a microphone or who are in the ensemble need to return to school by 5pm. We are happy for these students to arrive earlier if possible, to assist with the over 100 faces we need to paint!!!!!  
• Grade Prep -2 need to be seated fully costumed in their class groups by 6.15pm. If students have an older sibling in 3-6 we still request that students DO NOT arrive before 6.15pm.

SCIENCE EXTRAVAGANZA

On Tuesday the 5th of August students will be participating in a range of experiments related to our subject focus on Science. We are very excited about the day and being able to bring the Key Learning Intentions to life through hands on activities.
