Work Experience 2025
Our 2025 work experience program was more flexible this year, offering students the option to either complete a traditional placement with an employer or participate in our on-campus Careers Program. Once again, feedback from employers was complimentary and a testament to how much our St. Peter’s students are valued in the community.
School holiday programs - July 2025
As the holidays approach, students are encouraged to participate in the various school holiday events happening in July. Below is a comprehensive list of activities available, along with the registration links. These events are typically free and provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about course and career options.
Open Days – Include link
Another opportunity to research course and career options is to attend Open Days. Tertiary providers will pull out all the stops on their day to showcase the opportunities and experiences they offer sudents. You can see the facilities you would study in, speak with course Lecturers, ask current students what they like about the course and where they want to work when they graduate.
Careers Space Page
The Career Space page is a valuable resource for students and families, providing information and links about university and TAFE course guides, career exploration resources, work experience opportunities, accelerated university study options, school holiday programs, VTAC information, and more. The page is updated regularly, and we encourage our community to check it out.
