From The Team

The Foundation students spent time with their Year 6 Buddies on Tuesday completing a 3D umbrella craft activity and, as always, there was lots of laughter and chatting whilst they completed their task. Scoresby Primary School prides itself on our wonderful Buddies program and I know that is greatly valued by parents, teachers and, of course, the students.

We welcomed lots of visitors to our room for F-2 Literacy Open Morning on Tuesday, and the students proudly showed how proficient they are in their Write2Read codes and transferring that knowledge to their reading and writing.

I have been very impressed with the maths skills the students are learning during our Rainbow Maths sessions, and it is wonderful to see how independently they work on their own during this time.
