Fair Crafting Morning

On the last day of term (Friday 4th July) we will be having a Fair Crafting morning, in the Italian room from 9-11:30. Sign in at the office and then make your way up to the Italian room in the 3-4 block.  

Please come along if you would like to help make Fairy Wings and Wands, and other projects we have on the go. Or, if you are currently crafting something yourself, bring it along for a social creative session.  All are welcome.

School Holiday Clean Out

If you are planning a school holiday clean out of books and toys, please consider keeping them for us to sell at the fair. Please dont bring them up to school until October as there is no space to store anything yet. But we are grateful if you pop them aside for us until then.

We will be having our usual amazing Second Hand Book Stall. All books are welcome.

For the first time we are having a Second Hand Toy and Puzzle Stall. Please set aside all toys which are in good working condition. We will love to receive them in October. Please dont donate broken toys, as they will be a burden for the school to dispose of.

Random Request

Does anyone have any contacts at Kennards Hire (or a similar hire company?) We are wanting to hire some rumble strips to protect the basketball court from the rides, but were hoping for a cheeky discount. Please contact Jackie on 0413218761 if you have any leads.

Sponsorship - School Community Request

The sponsorship crew have been working hard, securing support from local businesses regarding fair sponsorship.

Can you help us?

We need contacts with corporate Australia. Please let us know if any small, medium, or large business owners might be interested in sponsoring our school fair.

We've created a prospectus with different sponsorship categories, including naming rights for areas like the food precinct and ride zone. Businesses can choose from several tiers to financially assist our school. Details are in the document below.

We're also preparing for the silent auction, a key part of fair fundraising. Item collection starts in October, and at that time we will welcome donations of hampers, vouchers, items, or experiences. Let us know if you have leads.
