Healthy Kids Learn Better
Dear Parents/Guardians,
The Health Centre will be replacing our phone calls and commencing a SMS/text notification to reduce the disruption to your working day for your child who presents with a MILD Head Bump.
Below is a description how the message will present.
A phone call will continue for a Head Injury which is considered MODERATE to SEVERE and requires the parent to collect their child from school for further care or investigation.
Spring is here and so is Hay Fever!
Does spring cause hay fever?
Hay fever signs and symptoms may occur year-round or may start or worsen at a particular time of year (seasonal). Hay fever triggers for students can include: Tree pollen, which is common in early spring and grass pollen, which is more common in late spring and summer.
Please be mindful if your child suffers with Hayfever to consider giving an antihistamine in the morning prior to attending school and/or completing a Medication Authority Form and supplying the Health Centre with antihistamines for your child should they require it during the school day.
