This week in Science, we are learning to explore how heat can be produced in many ways and can move from one object to another.

VOCABULARY

Heat:  The temperature of an object.

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Have a discussion with your child about how their body temperature can be affected by their surroundings. 

Ask them what would happen if they had more clothes on. What if the cooling was on in the room? What could be some various heat sources?
