Principal Reflections

Dear Parents/Carers,

Congratulations, Moira And Emily

I was so happy to hear the fantastic news that Miss Watts and Mrs Marshall have been accredited as Proficient Teachers.  To help parents understand a bit more, a proficient teacher has typically gone beyond their initial training and probation period, demonstrating through documented evidence and professional observation that they are competent and effective in their role. This is a fabulous and well-deserved achievement!

Moira and Emily, your hard work, dedication, and commitment to your students have truly paid off.

I'd also like to extend a huge thank you to Moira's supervisor and mentor, Mrs Denikah Shields, and Emily's supervisor and mentor, Mrs Belinda Barry-Cupples, for their guidance and support.

We're all incredibly proud of you both and look forward to seeing all the fantastic things you'll continue to do in your teaching careers.

Congratulations again to Miss Watts and Mrs Marshall on achieving such a significant milestone!

3 Way Conferences

It has been wonderful to see so many parents, carers, and students enthusiastically participating in our recent learning conversations. Your engagement is not only valued, but also a crucial part of your child's educational success.

We've been so pleased to see a significant rise in attendance and positive feedback from these meetings. This strong partnership between home and school is essential for student success, and your support makes a tremendous difference.

Thank you again for your commitment to your child's education and for making these conversations so productive and meaningful. A huge thank you also to our excellent staff for their facilitation and organisation of these meetings.

Celebrating Success

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be the Principal of this wonderful school and to have the privilege of sharing in the outstanding achievements of our students. Seeing their hard work, dedication, and talent recognised is one of the greatest joys of this role. Every success, big or small, is a testament to their efforts, the support of their families, and the guidance of our dedicated staff. I am immensely proud of what our students accomplish. Please take a moment to review the photo gallery, which showcases some of our successes from the past week.

Until next week,

Keep smiling,

Alison Hatton
