Kitchen garden

Our new outdoor classroom/ dining room is coming along really quickly and we can't wait to use it in the spring. The whole school will have an undercover area to teach from whilst enjoying the outdoors. Thank you to Bendigo Bank for sponsoring this great space for our school.

We have had some trouble with the rabbits at school eating anything that we plant, so the children have spent the last few weeks helping to place plant guards around all the plants to help protect them whilst so fragile. Miss Rogers joined in helping to protect our new herb garden ha ha lets see if it works.

The children's independence and skills continue to grow in the kitchen and we are super proud of all the different foods they are trying even if they don't like them all. Always tidying up well at the end of each session too...well done all !

The next few weeks are a bit messy due to swimming, camps and Hoop Time. We will try to get the children into their sessions as much as we can.
