Year 2 would like to say a massive congratulations to 2 Yellow who competed in the Eisteddfod recently. They recited two poems which they had been practising so hard for a number of weeks and the hard work paid off, earning them second position. Well Done 2 Yellow!
Book News
Year 2 were lucky enough to have a visit from Tony Bones who gave a performance of the book ‘General Waste’. The students thoroughly enjoyed this engaging show which also taught them an important message about having too much stuff! Year 2 were also lucky enough to have Becky Plant who is an author, come and read two of her books to them. Becky is a local author who has written child friendly books with important messages inside.
