Dear TASK Families, 

Welcome back to Term 3! We hope you all had a wonderful and restful school holiday break. A big thank you for your ongoing support - it's been lovely to see all the smiling faces back at TASK this week. 

OWNA Update - Thank You! 

Thank you to all our families for your patience and support during our transition to our new system, OWNA. We are pleased to share that the transition has gone smoothly. 

A quick reminder: For any queries regarding enrolments, please email us at enrol@task-kids.com.au You can also make and manage your bookings directly via the OWNA app.

Important Reminder: Marking Absences Please remember to mark your child as absent on the OWNA app if they will not be attending any of their booked sessions. This helps us ensure the safety of all children and allows our educators to prepare accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Term 3 Clubs & Activities (commencing in week 3) 

We have an exciting lineup of clubs planned for this term:

• Gardening Club 

• Crochet Club (Homelessness Project) 

• Cooking Club

• Soccer Club 

• Monday: Netball Club 

• Friday: Boxing Workshop 

Our clubs are a great way for children to learn new skills, stay active, and have fun with friends. All activities are included in the daily fee. 

Special Community Project: Homelessness Week 

This term, we are very excited to be participating in a special community project for Homelessness Week. 

Together with the children, we will be crocheting warm items such as gloves/mittens and headbands to donate to people experiencing homelessness to help keep them warm this winter. 

This beautiful project will be led by our wonderful Educator Jessie, who skillfully ran our very popular crochet club last term. She will be guiding the children step-by-step to create these items together. 

We would love our families to get involved! 

We warmly welcome any parents, grandparents or carers who would like to join us for this project. Whether you are an experienced crocheter or a complete beginner wanting to learn, you are most welcome. 

We will provide all the yarn and hooks - just bring your warm heart and willingness to help.

If you would like to join, please let our team know at the service. We are really looking forward to collaborating with our families to come together as a community to help those in need.
