Medical Details Update Reminder

A friendly reminder from the St Philip’s College Medical Centre to update your child’s medical information on Operoo including uploading any relevant Action Management Plans please (eg Asthma, Anaphylaxis).  It would be appreciated if a hard copy of these action plans are dropped into the Medical Centre as well.  Please don’t hesitate to call the Medical Centre on ph 89504567 if you wish to discuss any of your child’s medical needs.
