Semester 2 Reports

Our teachers have been hard at work finalising the many tasks that make up our Semester Reports. The Semester Reports are designed to recognise and celebrate the growth and achievement of all of our students as well as communicating future learning goals across the subjects of Literacy and Numeracy. An individualised comment provided by your child's classroom teacher will also communicate how they are developing as a learner while their ability to uphold the school values will be assessed against a variety of scales. We hope that these reports are able to effective communicate their academic progress but also their social and emotional development.

Semester 2 Reports will be available via Compass on Friday, 13 of December at 3:30pm. Families are strongly encouraged to download a copy of their child's report for safe keeping (this is especially the case for our Year 6 students as their reports will not be available once they graduate).

Student Achievement

The end of the year also coincides in the time that the School Improvement Team reviews our data to track our progress against our goals. As indicated in previous newsletters, we have been very proud of how our students have achieved in the recent assessment period as they have demonstrated great improvements across Reading, Spelling and Numeracy.

This is not only attributed to the hard work of our students but also our staff who have worked tirelessly through 2024 to implement many new programs and approaches to enhance student outcomes.

Please see a brief summary of how we tracked against goals relating to our PAT assessments and our teacher judgements below.
