Middle School News

Upper Primary (Years 5-6)

We have arrived at the end of a busy and productive first Term. Students have made good progress with their learning as well as set up good routines and learning behaviours for the rest of the year. In the last two weeks students have finalised and shared writing pieces created over the Term and discussed the sights seen on our Landmarks of Melbourne bus tour. With better weather in week nine we were able to participate in the school fun run which was a great success and students carried the flags they had made for Harmony Day representing their family backgrounds. Across all our grades we passed the 12,000 Jack points awarded for following the school values and were rewarded with an ice-cream each.

Lower Secondary (Years 7-8)

Lower Secondary students have had an incredibly thrilling few weeks filled with achievement and excitement! They’ve successfully tackled their assessments in Math, Reading, Writing, and Inquiry, and now they're on an exhilarating race to wrap up the final segments of this term’s learning journey. But that's not all—they also enjoyed a fantastic time participating in the Fun Run, where they could unleash their energy, and had a blast at the movies watching the new Minecraft film! It’s been a whirlwind of hard work and fun, and these students are truly on fire!
