Captains Corner

Hi, my name is Shiv and I am your 2025 School Captain and welcome to my first personal newsletter of this year. The weeks have been flying by, and Term 1 has almost come to an end. What a start we have had to this year. 

Where can I even begin? There has been the swimming program, The Lume excursion for our Grade 6’s, Alumni, Prep Picnic, Inter school sports, and a great start to NAPLAN for our wonderful grade 3’s and 5’s. 

All the innovation programs have also kicked off and has had a great start to this year and I hope everyone participating in the program enjoys it and learns many cool, new things they are interested in.

Another event which will be coming up will be Cross Country for our Grades 4 to 6’s and it will be held on the last and final week of Term 1. I would believe myself if I said it’s a long time away because it is at the end of Term 1 but suddenly - it is only one week away!

I would also like to say and thank all the teachers who are working exceptionally hard to help us as students to learn and give our best effort whenever or wherever we can.
