Container Deposit Scheme (CDS)

We are very excited to share that we have joined with McCallum Disability Services and BRI to recycle all eligible containers that we collect at our school, through the Commercial Container Collection Scheme (CCCD). 

Both campuses of our school will receive collection bins to place the containers in, with these collected by McCallum as needed. 

Our school will receive 7 cents per container, with the remaining 3 cents contributing towards pickup and collection fees. 

This is a win-win situation, with the school receiving additional fundraising money to put towards various projects at each campus, while at the same time helping to support sustainable employment for people living with a disability. Not to mention the environmental benefits of recycling! 

We welcome any families or members of the community who would like to donate their containers to support our fundraising efforts to drop them off at the main office at Buninyong or Scotsburn. 

All containers eligible for the 10 cent refund through the Container Deposit Scheme in Victoria are welcome.
